Alex Logan is our President and Founder. Alex launched his banking career in regulatory compliance and consumer protection, serving as a compliance examiner with the FDIC before moving to the private sector where he served as the Compliance Officer, CRA Officer, and Fair Lending Officer for a $2B community bank in Texas. Prior to banking Alex held project management, operations, public relations/media, and law enforcement roles in the defense industry.

Alex holds a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, as well as an MBA and a Masters in Management and Leadership. Alex’s professional credentials include Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the American Bankers Association and Commissioned Compliance Examiner from the FDIC. Alex has also received specialized training during his time as an examiner in Compliance Management Systems, Fair Lending, and CRA.

In Alex’s free time he thrives at running his kids to and from sports and extra-curricular activities, as well spending time with his wife. Alex has enjoyed volunteer work as a youth soccer and baseball coach, as well as leadership roles at his former VFW post in Nevada.
